ATTEN 2026 Summit

The Australian Technologies Teacher Educators Network (ATTEN) is delighted to announce the ATTEN Summit 2026, to be held at ACU Tenison Woods House, Sydney, from Thursday 12 to Friday 13 February 2026.

This national event will bring together teacher educators, researchers, policymakers, and industry partners to share insights, co-create knowledge, and shape the future of Technologies Teacher Education.

Day 1 (Hybrid: in-person and online) will focus on teaching, learning, research, and publishing, featuring keynote sessions, collaborative activities, and networking opportunities.

Day 2 (In-person only) will be dedicated to collaborative research writing, including structured sessions around ATTEN Research Projects, team formation, and publication planning.

Key themes include:

• Curriculum Design and Pedagogical Approaches
• Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK)
• Digital Literacy and Computational Thinking
• Equity, Inclusion, and Access in Technologies Education
• Teacher Readiness, Professional Learning, and Identity Formation
• Emerging Technologies and Future-Focused Pedagogies

Registration fees have been kept as low as possible ($100 per day), with limited subsidised accommodation and $500 travel stipends available to support regional, rural, and early/mid-career participants.
